Double the ! ! read the passage. in the text box below answer the questions below in complete sentences. i visited the computer room in our school the other day, and i was appalled. students were using the computers, but they did not know how to use the keyboard well. it looked like they had never seen one before. they wasted time hunting for letters on the keyboard and then pecking out words using two fingers. it was like watching a bird search for worms. this seems like a waste of time and effort. i think it is time to bring typing instruction back to the classroom. imagine how much more our students will get out of their computer time if they know how to use the keyboard without having to look at it. how does the author use the analogy to support his or her purpose?
