Why is it important to reread your e-mails before you send them?

It's very important to re-read your emails before sending them out for a couple of reasons:

1. You need to make sure you're sending it to the correct person(s).

2. Proof reading will make sure that you spot any grammatical errors or spelling errors to make sure you don't look foolish; especially if it's an important topic.
