Dread would be the correct answer. As it is a stronger form of fear and feels like it takes root in the bottom of your stomach. It usually leaves you feeling like you can’t move, or like your limbs have turned to jelly. While Panic is a close runner up, it usually ends up with you running away, or doing something too quickly.
