What recent world issues/problem can be solved if people recognize and perform their roles effectively?

One problem that can be solved is police brutality, which often occurs against people of color. If these police officers committing the brutality were to recognize and perform their roles effectively (such as knowing how and when to implement de-escalation strategies, and attending diversity training), police brutality would greatly diminish.
