Descriptive essay is about describing a place, object, person, experience, emotions, happenings or situations etc. When doing this, you are expanding your imaginations beyond words. Using detailed descriptions of a certain thing or subject can make the reader become more interested. You make it easier for the reader to apprehend the content. As a reader, one could easily imagine the scenario or the object being described. It creates a great impact on the reader and would surely have great interest on your work.

throughout the ancient epic of gilgamesh, the protagonist, gilgamesh of course, exhibited many character traits that made him a true epic hero. one great trait that gilgamesh acquires of an epic hero is that he's a courageous and confident leader. in the text enkidu is too afraid to fight, but he's positive that gilgamesh has the ability to triumph against humbaba. gilgamesh tells enkidu to not be afraid and then continues on to remind him of all the victories he's had against similar foe. gilgamesh proves that he's confident by encouraging enkidu and shows he's courageous when enkidu ask gilgamesh to battle humbaba alone because he knows that gilgamesh will reign victorious.

another characteristic that makes gilgamesh an epic hero is that he's brave and takes risks. "dread surged through gilgamesh, terror flooded his muscles, his heart froze, his mouth went dry, his legs shook, his feet were rooted to the ground. / gilgamesh felt his courage return. they charged at humbaba like two wild bulls." when reading the first part of the quote you see that gilgamesh is terrified of humbaba, and realizing that humbaba is the antagonist he's about to battle is taking a big risk. gilgamesh soon shows how brave he is by not letting his fear of humbaba overtake him, instead he went charging into the face of fear and triumphs.

Ineed advice. i have a lot of friends at school but recently my best friend for some reason didn’t like our friend group. she wanted to switch to a new table during lunch. she said she found a new table where we would be welcomed if i wanted to come. i agreed because i knew i would continue to talk to them outside of lunch. after a month or two, my best friend got mad at our new lunch table group. so she left for a day or two, but i stayed because i actually kinda liked it there, even if it was kinda crazy. then she came back to the table. eventually i started to miss my old friends at my old lunch table. so i went over there for one lunch. then after lunch i sat at my new lunch spot before the bell rang. they all called me a traitor. so now i sit with my old lunch group, which is fine because i missed them, but i also miss my new, now old, lunch table. what should i do? p.s. sorry if you loose your last brain cells trying to understand this.

4. at the conclusion of frankenstein, robert walton has an encounter with the monster, who arrives after victor frankenstein has died. perhaps surprisingly, the monster mourns his creator and expresses remorse over the fate that victor suffered. the monster pledges to destroy himself and then departs, disappearing as he goes further north. how does the monster’s behavior and attitude in this part of the novel affect the way readers view him? is he sympathetic? is he more hateful because it is only after victor has died that he relents? how does the change in the monster fit with the theme of duality in the novel?
