Ihave a question about the difference between a hat and a cap in north america? i mean like i just recently moved to canada and i'm confused about when in my dance class, a girl said our costumes include a black hat, (we're doing hip hop btw, and i know hip hop hats but like when i search hats up it shows me the second option in the picture, i'm so embarrassed about asking them that so me out)
if you're a north american and if it's different here, what hat was she talking about or maybe my question should picture comes into your mind first when you hear hat? in north america? choice 1 or choice 2 ?
