Topic sentence is the sentence that summarizes the main idea of a paragraph, which is in this case a relaxing escape from pressure. The topic sentence is usually at the beginning of the paragraph (first sentence, or first and second), but can be found anywhere in the text.

In this paragraph the emphasis is on the escape from the pressure and stress of the everyday life, with given examples and explanation of how and why does relaxing on ocean helps. According to that, the last sentence can be easily eliminated, as it is advice of how to take care of your skin in the sun, not on how to relax.

Even if you know your interests subconsciously, you may not be able to identify them consciously, and using the freewriting you can bring your interests into consciousness by writing about them. When freewriting you should set your timer and during that time write anything that comes to your mind about the topic. Brainstorming is a good technique to use when you know a general subject, but don't exactly know what aspect of the subject you want to pursue. Brainstorming is like a stream-of-consciousness technique in which you rapidly record all ideas related to a general subject.

6.  Cleaning your house, your room or yourself can be a great stress reliever. Scientists have found that daily tasks such as cleaning can be used as a way of meditation and stress management technique. If you incorporate mindfulness into your cleaning, the work can actually be a form of meditation, leaving you more relaxed after you finish. As a stress reliever, cleaning can be used extra exercise. Running up and down the stairs, carrying items from room to room, and scrubbing windows and floors can burn calories, release endorphins, and help you blow off steam.

7. The job training programs are valuable to both employers and potential employees. Job training programs are methods used for preparing an employee to perform a task. Employees are provided with information about the tasks they should do, and demonstration of its performance. This is the great way and for the employees to imitate the demonstration and subsequent feedback. Also, job training programs pay their employees in training for the work they have done, as opposed to volunteering. These programs provide the opportunity to learn, earn and be noticed by possible employers. As they are a great opportunity for the employees, job training programs are good opportunity for employers as well. This way, employers have better insight in the work of potential employees as they can see their performance before they officially hire them. Also, many business operators feel that effective job training makes an important contribution to their company's success.
