Whats puntuation. ? and why is it important.?

PUNCTUATION IS IMPORTANT BECAUSE IT TELLS YOU WHEN THE PERSON HAS STOPPED THEIR THOUGHT SO YOU DON'T GET THE WRONG MESSAGE PUNCTUATION MARKS ARE LIKE STREET SIGNS THEY TELL YOU WHEN TO STOP AND GO AND WHERE TO GO AFTER THEY ARE IMPORTANT BECUAUSE THE PERSON COULD GET THE WRONG MESSAGE WHICH WOULD BE BAD THIS IS BAD BECAUSE THE WRONG MESSAGE MIGHT BE ACTED ON THE WRONG WAY

Let's eat, grandma.

Use commas, save a life

another example:
I like eating, my family, and my friends.

Use who. if it wasn't a question, you could put the he in the blank.  if you can put he or she in the blank, it's who.if you can put him or her in the blank, it's whom.
