a passetemps i enjoy doing is swimming. i like swimming because it is good exercise. swimming is also good for mental health. This sport is also well for the skeletal system because of the lack of stress due to less hard surfaces. it lets you refresh your mind and reflect of stuff. after a long hard day, swimming is very therapeutic and lets you let go of stress.
