Best would be war, as that is conflict in of itself.

There are three answers that don't make a lot of sense, and one that is the most prominent kind of conflict there is.

The answer is War.

War is conflict on every level. It's purpose is defeat an enemy into submission -- a bending to your will.

The others (Climate change) in particular is an international political conflict, but no one is going to war over it. The causes are not even clear enough to plan for.

Natural Disasters are seldom an example of political conflict. People are too busy trying to survive them.

Polution and climate change (above) have the same sort of comment.
