I'm so nervous for my finals this week, is there anyway to calm my

1. take a long warm bath with lavender and tea tree oil extract

2. eat a good meal for dinner and breakfast  

3. meditate

4. just relax and believe in yourself

Try taking deep breaths.  breath in for 5 seconds hold for 2 out for 5 seconds again. you can adjust the amounts that you breath in/out/hold. You can also imagine that when you breathe out you are pushing every stressful or bad thing away from you and breathing in all the good things. I hope this helps!  Good luck on your finals!
