How the division of the west and the non-western world both benefits and confines our understanding of the different countries? (limitations and advantages of those terminologies).

This diffrence may benift us in the West in the way that the terrible things that happen elsewhere may never happen to us but this division also has a tendacy of turning people naive in the way that they think that every place is a perfect buble, which is untrue.
