How did soviet conrol change the lives of people in kazakhstan and kyrgystan?

The Soviet Union was comprised of lot of countries, with Russia being the one in charge of them all. Central Asia was a region that fully fell under Soviet control, thus Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan with it too.
