The Laurentide Ice Sheet was a massive sheet of ice that covered millions of square miles, most of Canada and a alarge portion of the northern United States encompassing the upper Midwestern US, Minnesota, Wisconsin and Michigan to the Finger Lakes through Lake Champlain and Lake george areas of New York, across the northen Appalachians into and through all of New England and Nova Scotia. As a result of this great ice sheet, we would expect to find which geologic features from the prompt above throughout the state of Minnesota
