Describe how humans have adapted to hot, dry climates

humans can asimulate to any climate as long as it is not to extream we can asimulate to the hot air and we will sweat to keep cool and we will actualy start to concerve energy and start using any digested matirial and our bodys will slow down some proceses to conserve energy and water so we dont over heat thats why when it is hot out side u get tired more easly because u can over heat and wast energy and water through sweat and other proceses thats why they say to carry a lot of water and drink a lot of water and eat lots of healthy high energy food and refraim from drinking  the hot weather and alcahole can combust or even kill you.
