Using your research tools, identify human activities that can be affected by the regional climates of the states you selected. (For example, if a state is near a coastline what human activities along that coastline have been affected by the region’s climate?)
Gather at least three pieces of evidence to support the claim above. Explore the cause and effect relationship between changes in climate and human activity. The evidence should include data that shows each of the following:
Impact on human society (population size and migration patterns)
Impact on development of technology in modern civilization
Impact on human activity (such as agriculture)
Use reasoning to explain how your evidence supports the claim. Be sure to explain how your evidence shows the cause (changes in climate) and the effect (human activity).
