Describe how and why fresh water can be viewed as a renewable resource?

Clean water is a renewable source because it can be used over and over again, as it has a cycle. However, freshwater is also a limited source, as less than 3% of the world's water is fresh. And more than 75% of the world's freshwater is stored in glaciers and glaciers.
