South Africa and Egypt are among the countries that develop the fastest in the world. This is not to say that they are among the most developed in the world though, as they are around the global average and they still have a lot of issues to sort out and a lot of further development to do. Also, countries that rank very high when it comes to development, that is not something that is possible for the already developed countries, but only for the developing countries because they have a lot to catch up with it and there is such space and opportunity for high development.
