Which is older continental or oceanic crust

Continental crust is older because warm magma rises from Mid-Atlantic Ridge to form Continental and oceanic crusts and the crusts move away.It takes thousands of millions of year to form and
cool the continental crust which is far away from the mid-Atlantic ridge.
