The ural mountains divide the landmass of europe and asia--or eurasia. how has this division affected the culture of eurasia?

Turks when they migrated from Central Asia had to travel and south of the mountains. Klans went north formed countries like Finland, Hungary. klans went south ended up in the Middle East.

Water flows along the east coast and across the western tropical pacific towards south america, while they both are directed towards that way,  el niño does not directly affect the southern flow of water along the coast.
