Describe why the effects of a volcanic eruption in a richer area of the world are different from the effects of a volcanic eruption in a poorer part of the world.

In a richer area they may see scientific signs that the volcano may erupt and to get everyone out of the area and set up barriers and the such in a poorer area they might not be as lucky and may not see signs till it is too late no one can evacuate and more damaged homes
