Discuss the status of women’s rights in east and south asia. in a short paragraph, identify three complications that hinder the development of women’s rights in some countries in this region.

Women in South Asia experience limited rights. It is tradition that they don’t have much part on family dealings. They have lived to throughout to preserve their culture.  Girls enter marriage agreements to help their family gain wealth and security.

In East Asia women participate in different activities unlike women in in South Asia. They study and have roles in the work force. Still, there are some challenges that they have to face like having more equal salaries compared to men and be more involved in family decision making.
