2) St. Petersburg is located on the Russian Gulf of Finland coast, near the border of Estonia and Finland.
3) Relative location is the place where something is in comparison to something else. Relative location is not excact . As it sounds, it means it is related to something, such as the examples here: If you were to give directions to somebody and you used terms such as "it is across the street from the American Airlines Arena" or "it is to the left of the home of Dwayne Wade.", or "it is very close to a certain city."
