How does Taiwan's view of the "One China" Policy compare to China's view?

Taiwan has a negative view of the One China policy, considering it sees itself as an independent state, whereas China has a positive view of the One China policy, since they don’t recognize the independence of Taiwan and believe it belongs to them.
