Who are the wildfire stakeholders?

A stakeholder in something is someone or an entity that is affected by and can affect the thing in question.

When it comes to wildfires, the following entities are stakeholders:

Homeowners - They could lose their houses in wildfires. Fire departments -They help fight wildfires and so affect wildfiresHealth centers - They treat those who are injured by wildfires and so are affected and affect wildfires. Businessess - Businesses that are located in areas where wildfires burn down are affected by wildfires and so are stakeholders.
