Discuss the potential of using water ways storm drains and terraces on the same farm

less potential of flooding I guess, although the terraces would have to be elevated above where the water escapes too. The storm drains would also be most useful if put in depressions that would not reach the water ways (places still prone to flooding after the water ways).
