Psychotherapy is also known as talk therapy. Some therapies are just as effective as medications. This improves an individual's well-being and mental health.  mitigate troublesome behaviors, beliefs, emotions compulsions, thoughts, and to enhance relationships and social abilities. In other words, we can also say that the psychotherapy is a general term for discussing mental health problems by talking with a psychiatrist, psychologist or other mental health.
