During which phase change of water is the most energy released into the environment

During condensation most energy released into the environment.

Condensation is the process in which water vapor turns in liquid. During this process, much heat is released to the atmosphere. The process is important in the water cycle as it increases the chance of precipitation in the atmosphere while at ground level it can be seen as fog.  

The change phase of water from one form to another can be explained by the arrangement of molecules. During condensation, the molecules move in an organised pattern releasing heat into the atmosphere.
