And especially in this era, where countries are on alliances and member of organizations, what happens to this country is responsibility of the countries allied to it. These countries are expected to help and guide when the need arises. And people, when they do things in a large scale, whether good or bad, will affect the its neighboring countries and it will spread like wildfire to other countries.
