The reason he does not have any signs of illness is because of his metabolism. He has a very fast metabolism which means he get rid of his food faster and it also digest faster!

I would personally place Cody at the midpoint of the continuum. Here's why: Cody isn't sick, but he also isn't perfectly well, therefore he would be placed at the midpoint.
