Preoperational stage

The preoperational stage occurs between the ages of 2 and 7 where children in this stage do not yet understand concrete logic and are unable to take the point of view of other people.

They are increasingly adept at using symbols, as evidenced by the increase in playing and pretending.  Therefore, R’Monte is in the stage of preoperational stage of cognitive development.

the more fit you are, the faster the recovery. your heart rate drops most sharply in the first minute after you stop exercising; it should then fall about 20 beats a minute—a drop of less than 12 beats a minute is considered abnormal. this “recovery heart rate” is measured as part of an exercise stress test.
