The discussion regarding the danger of fluoride and fluoridation is an inevitable issue that gain attention to public consumer. The chemicals used for fluoridation of water are not high purity products, rather they are byproducts of aluminum and fertilizer manufacturing that proven carcinogen in nature.

Moreover, fluoride is considered as unapproved drug by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) due to fact that it is not safe and effective to consume for they were never tested. The sodium fluoride anti-cavity supplements may cause damage to the brain, promote health risk to the thyroid gland, bones and kidneys. Also, a recent study from a team of scientist also found out that fluoride has a connection to osteosarcoma or bone cancer in males under the age of 20.  

Therefore, a thorough investigation must be made to further test the effects of fluoride in human body.
