How do i remember. i can't remember anything i try to learn

I find that it's much better to study smarter than longer. When I'm studying, I take 25 minute intervals where I cut off all exterior stimulations and distractions and focus completely on the task at hand. Then I take a five minute break then start again. A lot of people like to have something going in the background like music while studying, but the best studying happens when you are 100% focused. An hour of really good studying is worth a lot more than 3 hours of distracted studying. Also, if I have a long lsit of things I need to memorize I always write it all down on a study sheet in my own words.

Another tip to memorize things is to try teaching the concept to somebody else. This is excellent for memory recall and having a depth of understanding. Always try to understand the concept on a fundamental level.
