It causes your personality to change dramatically, making you grogy, moody, and in certain cases, leads to depression. Emotional health is as important as mental. Take this for example, who would you think would prosper in a job interview, a confident, and optimistic person, or someone that is shy, a pessimistic, and a procrastinator?
