Why do you think mental illness is associated with obesity?

we have more emotional issue than ever in this country. with those emotional issues comes a lot of mental illness whether it be depression, bipolar disease, ptsd etc. having emotional issues comes with a lot of guilt and pain and people tend to stuff their feelings with food, drugs alcohol. however food is the most common and obesity is growing in this country as fast as mental illness is.

to depression, you can, according to experts and therapists, start a routine of your day, set goals for yourself, exercise, eat healthy foods (and sometimes treating yourself to sweets), and get enough sleep. people have often found it easier for them to find someone they trust dearly and sharing their feelings and emotions with. hope this ! : )

2. action plan

3. break up into simpler tasks

4.   prioritize tasks

5. delegate work
