Rather an individual must include food items like olive oil, different types of salads and more intake of water.  

Another important thing is to exercise on a daily basis because it helps you in maintaining your physique and staying fit. Doing exercise regularly energizes a person and helps him to carry out the body throughout the day without getting lazy. Breathing deeply also plays an important role as it relaxes your mind and also lowers blood pressure. It also reduces tension and relieves stress.
