1) - In Japan diet is a mayor factor. Diets low on saturated fat with few proccessed foods, high in carbohydrates.

2) Living in a community is part of being human. So being part of one is important for our physical and mental health. In this way we can share our problems and find different ways of solving them, we will always have a helping hand. This reduces stress or anxiety, it keeps us active and in a good condition.
