Smoothies are yummy, healthy, and cold. I know this because I have had one before.

I suggest My grandma’s Healthy Recipe, 2 Tablespoons of Greek Yogurt, 1 teaspoon of Blueberries (preferably freshly picked), Almondbutter (either homemade or Store bought) and maybe a Little cherry :D have fun with this
