The reason why they recommend someone to brush their teeth two times a day is to ensure that your teeth are healthy. Some other researches say that it best to brush your teeth three times a day, but the requirement is at least 2 times a day. Brushing your teeth two times a day doesn't mean you can brush as long as you want during your brush session, you should brush your teeth for at least 2-3 minutes, not just 30 seconds, due to the fact that it doesn't break down germs or bacteria in your teeth. If you didn't know, brushing your teeth actually helps the heart too.
