Knowing the five stages of grief can make you more compassionate when someone you know loses a loved onetrue or false

The five stages are in chronological: denial, anger, bargaining, depression and acceptance.

To some extent, it will make you more compassionate but if you know the five stages of grief, you will probably be more empathetic and understanding to the person who is grieving the death of their loved one. However, sometimes people may just appreciate some alone time. But filling their mind with happy thoughts and the feeling that the person who has died has went to heaven is also a great way to cheer them up. As obviously it’s going to be a really tough time for them - especially if they were really close to that person.

So in a sense, true but also false...
