there is no cure for schizophrenia but there are treatments, of them is antipsychotic medication. People with schizophrenia face problems such as fearfulness and they have trust issues because they feel people are out to get them.  

Modern-day treatments for schizophrenia focus on the use of medications to help control the disease. Patients are cautioned and counseled on the importance of taking the medication ALWAYS, even if they don't feel that they are sick.
