This may include the availability and ease of finding the grocery items at one place. When people come to buy one product, they may recall other items as well and just buy those items also from the store. There are also some common foods like beverages and fresh juices whose sales are affected by the weather conditions. Public tend to buy more of such products in the hot weather. On the broader view, the income of the public definitely affect their choices of selecting the common food items. More the income, more the buying of items from the store and vice versa.
