write an argument-based paper (5 paragraphs) to a friend who wants to start an exercise program, and why they should incorporate
your activity into the fitness plan.
goals of task 2
• provide an introduction paragraph with a thesis statement
provide 3 reasons why your exercise or activity is the best.
• provide 3 counter arguments for a different exercise that may be better than your exercise.
• check for proper spelling, grammar, and sentence transitions.
you need to stay neutral with the paper. you cannot use arguments like, “this is my favorite exercise so it is the best." you need to be able
to provide evidence to your strengths and weaknesses.
• use proper citation when necessary. if you got information off the internet or another source, you need to cite the information. give credit
where credit is due.
• make sure you have found stats/facts to support your arguments, and cite that information
