guidelines

meal plan: your plan should include at least 3 meals and show both food and serving size. you can write it into your submission or generate the food journal summary report in iprofile. you will be evaluated on this meal plan. it should also be reasonable. for example, i don't think having someone consume 5 cups of kidney beans in their salad as a way to increase plant protein is reasonable
