Mr. thompson was driving to work and was on his phone. since mr. thompson was on his phone he was not paying attention to the road he bumped the car in front of him. after that the guy in front told him to pull over mr. thompson has some decisions to make sort out which decisions will get mr. thompson arrested and which ones won't.
