I thing the rail road was somewhat negligent because they should have mad flashing lights so the driver could see the sign. my intake in minerals was normal. there really is no need to improve, i am healthy, and i am experiencing no nausea or diarrhea. i am as healthy as a bee. ☺ (sorry that i cannot you with the mineral intake)
