Why to drink water during exercising? use in your own words.

We should drink water while we exercise because when we exercise, we sweat out part of the water we have in our bodies. Water is important to our everyday life, and when we become tired and overheated, water helps us to cool down, and it also helps replace the water we lose from sweat.
