Consuming natural sugar not necessary any better for your body than consuming sugar from corn syrup or white sugar because these sugars are still made up of natural bases which means it will have the same effects.

The body does not distinguish between the sugars and they contribute in the same way towards obesity and diabetes as the overly processed sugars would because of the same origin.
