How can providing first aid care be hazardous for the person providing the assistance?

Providing first aid can be hazardous to the provider if the accident victim is infected with a communicable disease. Many body fluids, such as blood and lymph, can serve as vectors for disease transmission. If first aid responders come into direct contact with body fluids while providing aid, they may be at risk. In addition, if the environmental conditions that led to the accident in the first place still exist, then the responders may be in the same danger for injury as the person being assisted.

though, as as minerals are for us, they can also be very dangerous if one were to consume too many. if you were to take too much minerals, or even vitamins, you could experience nausea and diarrhea. all trace minerals can be very toxxic at high levels of consumption. taking too much of some minerals will result in hair loss! but this goes with almost everything in life, taking too much of something that is good, will eventually be bad for you.

my intake in minerals was normal. there really is no need to improve, i am healthy, and i am experiencing no nausea or diarrhea. i am as healthy as a bee. ☺ (sorry that i cannot you with the mineral intake)

what i have learned so far is that taking too much something can be very bad for you. taking too many minerals or vitamins, or anything healthy in general, can result in nausea and diarrhea, as well as hair loss. it would be a good idea to track what you put into your body, good or bad.
