first of all, do not use google to find accurate websites. unless you purposefully want to find a bad website with no credibility. i suggest using britanica, google scholar, or any other strong educational search engine.

the CDC is a great health website to get you started.

for example, the CDC is an easy website to use. it also presents relevant information. it is easy to understand, and it is from a reliable source, considering it ends in .gov.
